Collaboration and Team work- Collaboration is when a group of people with diverse experiences and expertise come together for common objectives, achievements and laid down strategies and achievement of goals. Take for example a photographer working with a designer to frame a book cover or make some design of cloths. A civil engineer working with a quantity surveyor and an architecture to realize that a 10 floor building finishes well and in its good structure. Collaboration and teamwork is a process of group work and it’s a skill that can be learnt.It therefore remains that ones, cooperation with the others in the group well determines the achievements the organization is going to make to realize its full potential. Collaboration is therefore key to problem solving problems and issues since it aims at bring diverse minds together to realize solutions to challenges. Bewildering an organization. It therefore remains a key 21^st century skill for the realization of benefits in our careers. Collaboration helps in tightening up connections between departments. Different departments come together and share their diverse expertise in areas of collaboration for the realization of the dream of that organization. If these departments are put together the chance of them arriving to a solution in the quickest means possible is quick and with magnificent results. Collaboration boosts morale within the organization. Working with different people with different expertise towards achievement of common goals at diverse times brings a lot of trust and this leads to growth of the organization. Brand managers need to work with quality control designers, marketing and information specialist, editors to bring out the best in their target to build reliable brands within their organizations.

Critical thinking- It’s by far one of the major sought after crucial skill in the 21^st century and it expounds itself well in the inquisitive search of solutions to issues. Critical thinking encourages curiosity which helps us to gain deeper knowledge and understanding of the world surrounding us. Its leaves us with many questions to answer, of why, where, who, what, and so on. Critical thinkers stop at no ideas but go further to enquire the deeper facts behind the happenings. Critical thinking enhances creativity and it’s reckoned that effective critical thinkers are effective creative thinkers. Creative thinking reinforces problem solving ability. The world in its current state is faced with diverse issues spanning from Global warming, climate change, Global shortage of clean drinking water, Pollution and all these problems need a well prepared graduate who shall be ready to deal with the challenges one on one and produce innovations and lasting solutions to all those challenges.
